REGISTRATION POLICY:

If the registrant is unable to attend and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person or event, then the following refund arrangements apply:

Keeping in view of advance payments towards Venue, Printing, Shipping, Hotels and other overheads, we had to keep Refund Policy is as following slabs

  • Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for a full refund. (after $100 Service Fee deduction)
  • Within 60-30 days before the Conference: Eligible for 50% of payment refund
  • Before 30 days of Conference: Not eligible for refund

Please note that delegate fees will not be refunded in the event of the threat of war, terrorism, Natural Disasters or circumstances outside of the mScholar control. mScholar Conferences reserves the right to make minor alterations to the content and timing of the program or to the identity of the speakers.

Substitutions & Cancellations:

You can change the name on the registration without penalty at any time Prior 45 days to the conference. No further changes will be allowed after that. The cancellation charges apply as per the cancellation policy.

Insurance:

It is the responsibility of the participant to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the conference. mScholar cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal property.

PROGRAM CHANGES OR POSTPONEMENT:

mScholar reserves the right to make alterations to the conference program, venue and timings. In the unlikely event of the conference is canceled by mScholar prior to 60 days to the actual conference dates a full refund will be made. mScholar Liability will be limited to the registration & accommodation fees amount paid by the participant to us.

Invitation Letter: 
For security purposes, Letter of Invitation will be sent only to those individuals who had registered for the conference.

Transportation: 
Please note that any (or) all transportation and parking is the responsibility of the registrant.

Data Protection:
By submitting registration details, speakers/presenters agree to allow mScholar and companies associated with the conference to contact them regarding their services. Taking photographs and /or videotaping during any session is prohibited.

 

Oral Presentation Guidelines

Your cooperation is appreciated in keeping the meeting on schedule for the benefit of all attendees, so please note the following guidelines:

**Note: Organizers reserve the right to adjust the talk duration for adjustment in the program.

A presentation must not start late or extend past the scheduled end time

The language of the presentation is English, and all presentations should be made in English

Poster Guidelines:

• A poster presentation allows you to interact face to face with people interested in your research. Each poster session lasts 2 hours. 

• Posters should be no larger than A0 (84 cm wide by 119 cm long) in portrait/landscape format. Please follow the guidelines.

• Check in at the poster desk THE DAY of your presentation. The presenter must be an author of the poster and a registered attendee. 

• The poster boards will accept pushpins which will be available in the poster hall. Please return the pins at the end of your poster session.

• Display your material in large print so it may be read from a distance. Print TITLE and AUTHORS in extra-large print across the top of your display.
